Ertiga rental — FAQ

How much does it cost to rent an Ertiga in Madurai?
Within Madurai (below 300 km/day) the Ertiga is ₹2,200/day + ₹12/km for fuel. For outstation trips above 300 km, we quote an all-inclusive ₹18/km. Our 8-hour / 80 km city package is ₹3,200. Toll, parking and driver bhatta (₹500/night) are extra.
How many people can travel in the Ertiga?
The Ertiga seats 7 passengers comfortably (2 + 3 + 2 layout) plus the driver. It's our most popular choice for families of 4–6 with luggage for a 2–3 day South India trip.
Is the Ertiga AC and does the price include a driver?
Yes. Every Ertiga in our fleet is AC and comes with a trained, uniformed driver who knows the Madurai–Rameshwaram–Kodaikanal–Kanyakumari circuit in and out. Driver charge is included; only driver bhatta of ₹500/night applies on overnight outstation trips.
Is Ertiga a good choice for Kodaikanal and Munnar hill trips?
Yes. The Ertiga handles Kodaikanal, Munnar and Yercaud ghats well with its petrol engine and good ground clearance. For larger groups heading to hill stations, we also offer the Innova Crysta and Innova Hycross.
How far in advance should I book the Ertiga?
For weekday local trips, a few hours' notice is usually fine. For weekends, long weekends, Chithirai festival dates and Tamil New Year, please book at least 3–5 days in advance to guarantee the Ertiga.
What is included and what is charged extra?
Included: AC Ertiga, trained driver, fuel up to the agreed km, basic bottled water. Extra: toll, parking, inter-state permits (Kerala/Karnataka), and driver bhatta of ₹500 per night halt.
Can the Ertiga do a Madurai airport (IXM) pickup or drop?
Yes — Madurai airport pickup and drop is one of our most-requested services. Call or WhatsApp your flight number and we'll time the pickup to arrivals.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 12 hours before pickup are free. Inside 12 hours, a small service charge may apply for the allotted driver's time. No-shows are charged the minimum day rate.
